Donor Services Quality & Environmental Policy Statement

When accomplishing the collection, processing, and sale of donated goods, Goodwill of North Georgia’s Donor Services Department is committed to:

  • Supporting the agency mission of “Putting People to Work” by being good stewards of donations and maximizing the value of material donations
  • Training each employee to focus on constant quality improvement
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and securing the financial stability of the agency by providing exceptional customer service to our donors and shoppers
  • Regularly setting, reviewing and monitoring the environmental impact Donor Services activities have on the environment
  • Using  environmentally preferred products, and recycling programs where appropriate and fiscally practical
  • Ensuring applicable federal, state, local laws and ordinances are strictly observed

Donor Services will audit process and procedures and communicate with all relevant parties to ensure continuous improvement of our Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
