Goodwill offers workforce training programs to help women prepare for rewarding careers in fields such as construction, maintenance, logistics, IT and more.

Participants receive hands-on training designed to build confidence, develop workplace skills and prepare for long-term success. This includes technical training, workplace readiness support, physical conditioning, professional skills development and education on workplace rights and expectations.

Upon program completion, you are paired with an employment specialist, who will help you find a job. After you start your job, you will be paired with a retention specialist, who keeps in touch to see how things are going – and help with additional services.
