Goodwill of North Georgia has a 14-day return policy for apparel items only. Items must be returned to the location where they were purchased within 14 days. Guests must provide original receipt and tags must still be intact. Refunds will be given in the form of a gift card. All shoes, accessories, undergarments, housewares, electronics, furniture and new goods are excluded and cannot be returned for any reason.

We also encourage you to test electronics (we have electrical sockets at the back of each store).
