Savvy Shoppers Club Terms & Conditions

Your Savvy Shoppers Club Membership:

Upon initial enrollment in the Savvy Shoppers Club, you (“member”) will be issued a Savvy Shoppers Club Member Number that will be associated with a corresponding phone number of your choice. This membership is personal to the enrolled member and Savvy Shoppers Club points earned will be issued to this membership.

Your Savvy Shoppers Club is good only at Goodwill of North Georgia store locations. By enrolling in the Savvy Shoppers Club, each member full understands and agrees to Goodwill of North Georgia’s use of the members’ name, email address, mobile phone number, zip code, birthday and purchasing information as stated in our Privacy Policy. 

Each individual is limited to a single Savvy Shoppers Club membership. Goodwill of North Georgia may cancel the membership of any individual who has enrolled more than once or may decline to provide and/or may cancel any perks or rewards associated with multiple memberships for the same individual.

How to Use Your Savvy Shoppers Club Membership:

To use your Savvy Shoppers Club Membership, provide the cashier with the registered cell phone number prior to having your items scanned at checkout. Your points will be automatically added to your account. You’ll also be able to see your points printed on your receipt. Only the member named on the Savvy Shoppers Club membership may redeem perks or rewards. Goodwill of North Georgia reserves the right to verify the identification of the individual attempting to redeem perks or rewards at checkout. Goodwill of North Georgia is not responsible for computer malfunctions or technical errors of any kind in conjunction with use of your membership. All rewards, perks and benefits are solely at the discretion of Goodwill of North Georgia. Goodwill of North Georgia, in its sole discretion, may revoke or suspend a member’s account at any time.  Goodwill of North Georgia, in its sole discretion, may modify or terminate the Savvy Shoppers Club in whole or in part.  Any fraudulent act or statement by a member in conjunction with Savvy Shoppers Club membership (including, but not limited to, fraudulent use of membership) may result in revocation of membership and permanent exclusion from the Savvy Shoppers Club. Goodwill of North Georgia may fully prosecute fraudulent conduct allowable under civil and criminal law.

Savvy Shopper Club Points:

For each dollar you spend using your Savvy Shoppers Club membership at Goodwill of North Georgia stores, you will receive two points. Your point balance will be printed on the bottom of your receipt. In addition, you can check on your point balance by visiting goodwillng.org/savvy. Points expire exactly 12 months after they are earned, at 11:59PM.  

Savvy Shopper Perks & Rewards:

Enrolled Savvy Shoppers Club members may redeem earned points in-store for perks and Savvy Rewards. Savvy Shoppers Club perks and Savvy Rewards may not be used for online transactions or gift cards.  Savvy Shoppers Club points will be deducted from your account when Savvy Rewards are redeemed.   To redeem a perk or Savvy Reward in-store, provide any cashier with the mobile phone number registered with your Savvy Shoppers Club membership.  Only the Savvy Shoppers Club member named on the account may redeem points for rewards. You may be asked to present a photo ID when redeeming Savvy Rewards or perks to verify that you are the enrolled member named on the account.  

Member Communication:

As a part of enrollment, Savvy Shoppers Club members must agree to receive special offers and other information by text message, email and electronic means on a periodic basis. This is not a condition of purchasing any goods and services.  Members may opt out of receiving electronic communications at any time through the platform from which they received. For text message, text STOP to opt-out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile Messaging

When you opt into the Savvy Shoppers Club with your mobile number, you are expressly agreeing that the Company may send text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You also agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and you have the consent of the wireless account holder. Goodwill of North Georgia may send recurring auto marketing mobile messages each month. The number of Account Updates & Information messages you receive will depend on your activity with the Savvy Shoppers Club.                                              

To Opt-Out

If you opt-out, you agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to 678-310-1663. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.
