Goodwill of North Georgia promotions are open to all valid U.S. residents.

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited

Any individual who is eighteen (18) years or younger must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to participate.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Goodwill of North Georgia or Goodwill Industries of North Georgia are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Once you are selected as a winner, you will not be eligible for an additional “The Goodwill Earth Month Giveback” prizes.

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for prizes provided.  In the event the represented prize is unavailable, the participant shall be presented with a certificate which the sponsor shall honor within 30 days by shipping the prize, as represented in the notice, to the participant at no cost to the participant.

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.  Entrants need not be present to win.  The winner will be notified via email using the address provided during registration.

The prize will be awarded within approximately two (2) weeks after winner is identified.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Goodwill of North Georgia is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled entries.

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Promotion Rules and the decisions of Goodwill of North Georgia Director of Advertising (“Promotion Judge”).  All decisions regarding the Promotion including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the “Promotion Judge”, whose decisions shall be final. The Promotion Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Promotion, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Promotion Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Goodwill of North Georgia or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner.  The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.  All federal, state, and local laws apply.  By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold Goodwill of North Georgia harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
