Receive hands-on skills training and job placement assistance through Goodwill’s construction training programs to assist women to find apprenticeships in non-traditional occupations. We offer both pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship opportunities.

Upon program completion, you are paired with an employment specialist, who will help you find a job. After you start your job, you will be paired with a retention specialist, who keep in touch to see how things are going – and help with additional services.
