Sustainability is at the heart of what we do
Sustainable Good
Through shopping and donations, we extend the life of usable items, lessen the amount of materials sent to landfills and decrease reliance on the extraction and production of virgin materials. In fiscal year 2024, we diverted over 44 million pounds of waste from local landfills.
“Sustainable good” not only refers to environmental practices but it also pertains to people and sustaining the health of the community. We work to do this day in and out by furthering our mission, “To Put People To Work”. In the last fiscal year, we put over 22,000 North Georgians to work in fields such as technology, retail, logistics, transportation and healthcare.
