Goodwill of North Georgia Opens New Store in Jasper

(ATLANTA) – Goodwill of North Georgia unveiled the grand opening of its 70th retail store in Jasper March 6, located at 934 East Church Street, Jasper, GA. This location is expected create a new shopping experience for the more than 4,500 residents of Jasper and the larger Pickens County.
The Jasper store is Goodwill of North Georgia’s newest retail location since the opening of its Metropolitan Parkway store in 2022.
Shoppers can anticipate discovering amazing and unique items, including clothing, accessories, housewares, sporting equipment, and shoes, while also having a place to donate their gently used items. Additionally, the new store will created more than 20 jobs for the Jasper community.

Proceeds from the sale of these items are used to support Goodwill of North Georgia’s 14 career centers located throughout the region, as well as the online platform Careerconnector.org. Each career center offers access to a certified career specialist and free services such as resume workshops, computer training, interview practice, and job assistance for veterans.
In fiscal year 2024, Goodwill of North Georgia’s career centers helped connect more than 22,000 North Georgians to new jobs, with welding, forklift operations, and technology as the top three placement programs.
