Mayor Bottoms, Keith Parker, Raphael Bostic, and Hala Moddelmog slated to participate

ATLANTA – Goodwill of North Georgia is bringing together Atlanta leaders to discuss one of Atlanta’s most pressing challenges – income inequality. Goodwill president and CEO Keith Parker will serve as a panelist alongside Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta president and CEO Raphael Bostic, and Metro Atlanta Chamber president and CEO Hala Moddelmog. The panel is being moderated by WABE journalist Rose Scott, host of A Closer Look and is being held on March 28, 2019 at the Commerce Club.

The sold-out event is expected to draw nearly 300 business, community, and civic leaders. Components of the discussion will also be part of a future episode of WABE’s A Closer Look.

“At Goodwill, we understand the obstacles that many metro Atlantans face, and it’s increasingly intertwined with someone’s ability to find sustainable employment,” says Keith Parker, president and CEO of Goodwill. “I look forward to our collaborative discussion about creating solutions for the income inequality challenges we’re seeing in metro Atlanta.”

Although the event is sold out, a livestream of the event will be available at:  https://presentationrecreation.com/goodwill/.
