Goodwill and Lyft to provide free transportation for job seekers throughout December
A nonprofit and a ride sharing service are teaming up to help local job seekers in need of transportation to and from interviews, training, and work – for free.
Officials with Goodwill of North Georgia and Lyft recently announced a partnership to provide no-cost transportation services to job seekers in the North Georgia area, including parts of DeKalb County.
From now until Dec. 31, participants who register through Goodwill will receive codes for free transportation that can be used when scheduling rides in the Lyft app, according to a press release.
